RFQ 21-003 Racial Equity Training and Education
The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) is seeking qualified vendors to provide racial equity training and education, both for COG and member jurisdictions.
Bids are due April 6, 2021.
Addendum #1 was published March 17, 2021, answering questions submitted by March 16, 2021.
Addendum #2 was published March 25, 2021, answering questions submitted by March 19, 2021, and extending the due date to April 6, 2021.
Addendum #3 was published April 1, 2021, answering final questions submitted.
Awards were made to the following vendors:
- Daniel Penn Associates, LLC (executed August 2, 2021)
- HealthBest Services, Inc. (executed August 5, 2021)
- Veritas Culture, LLC (executed August 5, 2021)
The period of contract is twelve months from the date of execution of the contracts.
