RFP 19-015 - Generation 3 Model
MWCOG seeks a contractor to provide the following requested services:
1. Development of next-generation regional travel demand forecasting model;
2. Model estimation, calibration, validation, and sensitivity testing, leading to a final model application package that is useable by TPB staff; and
3. Documentation and training.
