RFP 19-009 Market Assessment and Technical Feasibility for VRE-MARC Run Through Service in the (NCR)
COG is seeking to contract with a qualified firm to conduct an assessment of the market potential for a one-seat (i.e. continuous) commuter rail run through service between points in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia and its potential to influence development and revitalization of suburban commercial centers. The Contractor will be responsible for leading the study and forming a Technical Advisory Committee (“TAC”) that will provide oversight and guidance for the direction of the study.

Proposals shall be received by no later than 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 1, 2019.
