The Council of Governments conducts its own procurements as well as some on behalf of the region. This site lists COG-specific solicitations and provides detail on the cooperative purchasing program for area agencies. Additionally, many partner agencies ensure that the COG Rider Clause is in local contracts so that other agencies may utilize the same agreements without going out to bid.
COG contracts for transportation, health, homeland security, environmental consulting services throughout the region. Some of our recently completed contract awards include Transportation Modeling, Environmental Education Curriculum, Foster Parent Videos, and others.
