COG's podcast, Think Regionally, raises awareness about metropolitan Washington's biggest challenges and focuses on solutions. The podcast, which is hosted by former Washington Post columnist Robert McCartney, features local government, business, and non-profit leaders talking about a variety of timely topics, including the region's economy, racial equity, transportation, housing, and climate change.

    In light of the disruptions caused by this week's winter storm and the variability in travel conditions throughout the region, the TPB officers have advised staff to reschedule the March TPB meeting to Wednesday, March 29, at noon.

    Get to know the 2017 TPB Citizens Advisory Committee

    At its January 18 meeting, the TPB approved the newly appointed members to its Citizens Advisory Committee for 2017. The CAC’s two main charges are to promote public involvement in transportation planning for the region and to provide independent, region-oriented citizen advice to the TPB on transportation plans and issues.
