Clark Mercer, COG's Executive Director, was recently featured in a Washington Post Q&A on transportation and issues related to the region's growth and development. He discussed some of his experiences as Chief of Staff to Virginia Governor Ralph Northam in advancing regional priorities and emphasized how COG is uniquely positioned to bring together area leaders to tackle major challenges, such as Metro's funding deficit and other regional infrastructure needs.
