This virtual town hall series from the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) and the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board (TPB) brings together local government leaders to explore tools and strategies to help our communities emerge stronger, more resilient, and more focused on advancing racial equity in 2021.
