COG’s Potomac Water Quality Trends Workshop will explore the latest water quality trend data for the free flowing section of the Potomac River upstream of the Chain Bridge monitoring station. It will feature presentations by scientists from the Occoquan Watershed Monitoring Lab, which maintains a regionally-funded monitoring station at Chain Bridge, as well as by scientists for the U. S. Geological Survey, which maintains a network of monitoring stations in the watershed.
