Join us for a half-day workshop with area practitioners who are implementing inclusionary zoning (IZ) programs. We’ll discuss current challenges with implementation of IZ in the context of a changing housing market. This workshop allow for an exchange about local jurisdictions’ experience with policy and program implementation. We will also examine external forces related to the housing market and financing institutions as factors to be addressed by dynamic IZ programs. This workshop, structured through panel discussions and interaction with the audience is intended to inform practitioners, public officials, affordable housing advocates, and the private sector about best practices, common problems and solutions.
