The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG) will sponsor training and workshops for municipalities on best practices for developing greenhouse gas inventories. The focus of the February 4 workshop is a roundtable discussion about activity factors used to develop inventories in local jurisdictions such as Arlington County, Fairfax County, the District, and other.The workshop will be held at MWCOG, 777 North Capitol St., Washington, D.C. in the Training Center (first floor), 10-12 pm.
