A fall conference hosted by the COG’s Human Services Policy Committee and the Homeless Services Planning and Coordinating Subcommittee.  Reservations required.

Morning Session:

  • Facilitated dialogue with elected officials to share an overview of their efforts to end homelessness for families and individuals
  • Elected officials discuss ways to create permanent housing in the region to end chronic homelessness

Afternoon Session:

  • Working lunch:  National expert talks about ways to create a regional data warehouse
  • Break-out sessions on using HMIS to improve the annual point-in-time enumeration, on SRO development, and on cost-benefit of permanent housing
