"What if the Washington Region Grew Differently?"
A forum on alternative land-use and transportation scenarios
On the evening of December 8, citizens will have a chance to learn how different patterns of growth might affect driving, congestion, transit use and quality of life in the Washington region.
The region's Transportation Planning Board (TPB) at COG is interested in getting feedback on a current study of land use and transportation scenarios for the future. Montgomery County Councilmember Michael Knapp, who is also vice chair of the TPB, will moderate the session. The meeting will be hosted by the TPB's Citizens Advisory Committee.
Everyone is welcome. No RSVP necessary.
