Clean Air Partners is a public-private partnership, created by COG and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, that educates the greater metropolitan Baltimore-Washington region about the health risks associated with poor air quality and the impacts everyday actions have on the environment. Since 1997, Clean Air Partners has empowered individuals and organizations to take simple actions that protect public health, improve air quality, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
