    This report documents the air quality conformity analysis of the 2020 amendment to the Visualize 2045 long-range transportation plan and FY2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The analysis is carried out under the regulations contained in the Environmental Protection Agency's final rule, published in the November 24, 1993 Federal Register, with subsequent amendments and additional federal guidance published by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).     FY 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program

    The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a 4-year financial program that describes the schedule for obligating federal funds to state and local projects. The TIP contains funding information for all modes of transportation including highways and HOV as well as transit capital and operating costs. State, regional and local transportation agencies update the program every two years to reflect priority projects in the Visualize 2045 long-range plan as approved and amended.
