    What Do People Think About Congestion Pricing?

    A report of a study on the public acceptability of congestion pricing in the Metropolitan Washington Region. The TPB carried out the research for this study in partnership with the Brookings Institution. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) provided grant funding for the research through its Value Pricing Pilot Program. The TPB also engaged the non-profit organization AmericaSpeaks to guide the design and implementation of the five deliberative forums that were the primary research vehicle for this study.

    TPB Version 2.3.52 Travel Model Documentation

    Documentation of the TPB Version 2.3.52 Travel Model includes a User's Guide (Volumes 1 and 2) and a report on the Highway and Transit Networks based on the 2013 CLRP and FY 2013-2018 TIP. The Version 2.3.57 Travel Model was officially adopted by TPB action on October 17, 2014. It was succeeded by the TPB Version 2.3.57a Travel Model on October 21, 2015.

This project identifies goals, strategies, and tools to assist local governments and other regional stakeholders in making investments in Activity Centers that enhance quality of life and strengthen the local and regional economy.

    BPSA Long Term Planning Study 2013

    The information and analysis developed in this report is intended to identify the flow projections for the Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant and associated Potomac Interceptor. It is also intended to aid the IMA-RC in identifying those actions needed to ensure that the long-term (Year 2040) wastewater management plans continue to address their individual and collective wastewater capacity and transmission needs in the BPSA, and to comply with the 2012 IMA capacity allocations.
