Housing Directors Advisory Committee

The Housing Directors Advisory Committee (HDAC) reports to the Human Services Policy Committee on regional housing and community development issues. The Committee is responsible for developing and presenting all reports, policy statements, recommendations, and proposals relevant to housing and community development in the region.  

The HDAC is composed of the region’s housing and community development directors.  Committee Chair responsibilities rotate between the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia every other year. The HDAC normally meets six times per year in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
