Vendor Registration
The first step to doing business with COG is becoming a registered vendor. Becoming a registered vendor will allow COG to contact your firm when procurement opportunities become available utilizing the commodities and/or services provided during registration. Registration is free and easy. Please be sure to select NAICS codes associated with your type of business or organization. COG’s solicitations will be set up using those codes and will be matched to vendors and contractors with the same codes.
All COG's formal RFP's and Bids are done through the Bonfire portal and require potential vendors to be registered in the system. Submissions by other methods will not be accepted. Minimum system requirements: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox. JavaScript and browser cookies must be enabled.
